The ranking is 100% algorithmic — no manual adjustments.

Can clinics pay to be #1?

No. No clinic can pay to rank higher, appear in a sponsored slot, or be manually boosted. Molar City partner clinics are openly disclosed with a badge and compete by the same formula as every other clinic.

Are these clinics verified by Molar City?

All clinics are sourced from public Google Business Profiles and de-duplicated by Place ID. Clinics with an "Official Partner" or "Official Dentist" badge have been individually vetted by the Molar City team. All others appear based on their public digital footprint alone.

How current is this ranking?

Scores are recalculated monthly from fresh Google Business Profile data. The scan date is shown at the top of each ranking page. Rankings can change after each scan as clinics improve (or neglect) their online presence.
